Enid Blyton claimed that she didn't plan her stories in advance, allowing her imagination to take her from the beginning of a book to the final scene.

She was able to write 10,000 words of publishable story in one day!

Branwell Brontë got the sack from his job on the railways

Branwell Brontë(Brother to Charlotte, Emily and Anne) worked as a railway booking clerk on the Leeds to Manchester line when it opened in 1840, but was sacked when the accounts didn’t add up. His dismissal was attributed to incompetence rather than fraud –while in charge of Luddenden Foot station near Hebden Bridge, he was known to frequent the Lord Nelson tavern.

The bible contains a prophecy of 2520 years.
2520 is the smallest number divisible by all other numbers 1-10.
The bible also mentions the earliest ever ice cream factory............
...........
Walls of Jericho.
(OK the 2nd part is not a real fact).

Chuck Yeager, the first man to break the sound barrier, met Orville Wright, the pilot of the first powered heavier-than-air manned flight .

While they never met, the first man on the moon, Neil Armstrong was alive at the same time as Orville Wright.

Patrick Moore claimed to have met one (or both) of the Wright brothers and Neil Armstrong

He'd have met Neil Armstrong, as an advisor to NASA on the lunar missions.

As a member of the British Interplanetary Society, he was present at mission control throughout the Apollo 11 mission.

He reckoned that he was the only person to have met:
The first man to fly, Orville Wright,
The first man in space, Yuri Gagarin, and
The first man on the moon, Neil Armstrong.

He outlived them all.
