Not had an issue myself and I have been known to stuff it quite full after getting carried away in the supermarket

Another vote for the Topeak but I went for their system and have 2 bikes with their permanent racks on and one of their beam racks with a selection of 4 bags. Very pleased with the quality.

Same here, 2 Topeak bags that slide onto the special racks, much better than velcro and straps.

Not had any problems with either of mine regards zips, even without the rain covers stuff has stayed dry in some decent downpours despite not claiming to be waterproof.

Not cheap but their ease of use day to day is worth it imo

Some bags are not very rigid and flop about, depending on the load they are carrying.

Topeak are quite good in this respect.

Several riders I know use Altura trunk bags, again there is some rigidity in the sides.

Do you not fancy a nice pretty one?

Do they exist?! They all seem to be black, unless they are panniers. I do have a greenish clip-on shoulderbag which I have found extremely useful as a briefcase/day bag, but it's pricey - I got it in a sale for a bit less and then suggested my sister pay for it and give it to me for my birthday. The lining is a weirdly bright orange. I live with that.
