Most have access to a shot through a pharmacy, but it costs money. Some have access through Medicaid or Medicare, or a free clinic. Most hospitals in my area also do charity as they all seem associated with religious organizations nowadays.

I should think flu shots would be covered under NHS. Over here, health insurance or employee benefits cover them, mainly. If you have that.
NHS only covers it for people over 65, with certain ailments, or otherwise considered at risk. But it's otherwise fairly inexpensive if you don't qualify - Lloyds are offering it to non-free-qualifiers for £11.50 this year.

I think it's around 32.00 here, if you have no medical, but most people have some coverage.
