Hi Guys as the title suggests I am looking for a rear light which is rechargeable but also has a clip to attach it to my carradice SQR Tour bag.

The Lezyne Zecto appears to have these features but reviews complain the charging port can be a little delicate/ temperamental.

Any other suggestions gratefully received.

I think some of the Cateye lights come with suitable clips, but the Niterider and Smart lights I've actually used for this purpose. I use the AAA version of the Smart (linked above), but there is a USB version as well now.

I've been using that for the last 18 months (attached to a carradice bag loop at times). Never had a problem with the charging port, and it's definitely been manhandled over that time!

I like the Lezyne Zecto - never had any trouble with it other than it's not an 'all night' light - it won't last the Dunwich Dynamo for example. As a convenient, rechargeable, get-you-home on a dark night or in winter twilight it's perfect imo.

Iv'e got a rear genuine Zecto and it has been a good light. Charging port was tempremantal but sent it back to Lezyne and they replaced the USB cable and its been good from that point onwards.

Chinese copies of the Zecto are about £7-8 and work a treat. Ours have been covered in mud and soaked but still going strong. See below for a quick review

I use a Cygolite Hotshot (you charge it with a USB cable) .... I used it all last winter and it's brilliant .... not cheap though, but very bright:

Yup I have this light and yes the charging port is a pain. I had to find another lead to get it to charge properly
