On my Koga Miyata World Traveller I have Ergon grips with magnesium bar ends (these I think http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Ergon_GR2_Magnesium_Handlebar_Grips/5360036783/ ). I end up getting numb hands after a while, not too bad, but I have decided to try something else.
On my commuter/hybrid I have a really good pair of ergo type bar ends (Tranz X, but bought in Holland and I cannot find them online at all - best alternative is Cane Creek).
The design of the Ergons means they only work with the integrated metal bar ends, so plan is to fit some new grips, then try my old ergo bar ends or possibly some new ones.
Any suggestions as to which ones to try? Comfort is of the highest importance, plus they must be capable of being mounted far enough in to allow the bar ends to mount too.
