Been off milk since starting a course of antibiotics.
I'm not ticket boo at the mo so not noticing much in the way I feel.

However I'm adjusting to black tea and coffee, missing my musili.

Once this damn chest infection Sods off and I can have a day without a headache what gains am I likely to see?

I'm also cutting down on other dairy..

You'll lose weight as your bone density will decrease.

I only drink black tea, green tea and water, never coffee, hate the stuff.
Stopped milk and sugar in tea donkey years ago. Still have the odd glass of milk through the week.
For porridge etc we use almond milk.

Wish I could cut down on cheese though.

I swapped to black coffee when I thought milk was causing skin problems - now I'm not sure if it was the milk but when I try milky coffee now it's revolting. Don't know how I drunk it.

The kid has the same breakfast as you (plus honey) @raleighnut

Cutting out milk should be ok but you would need to get calcium from somewhere else.
