I eat a LOT of porridge, used to have usual milk but found it bloated me easily. I replaced it with soya and haven't looked back! Definitely no bloating - so will keep using it

Things you learn, i often think it's a migraine trigger too...
You do mean the stuff in Tea Beer ect?
Tanning tannins. I can't spell it, not heard of your spelling? Or if that's the same

Tahini is sesame seed paste.

It's an ingredient in hummus - alongside the chickpeas.

Also chief ingredient in halva.. Along with the honey that sticks it together.

Edit.. You can use it when making sauces too.. Sort of replaces the cheese, or milky element of a white sauce. .

High in protein too.

That was my thoughts thinking maybe milk or the musili, I love no sugar musili.

Bread, I eat a fair bit of too, seeded and always granary or brown. I can't eat white sliced bread, I find it's just like a lumpy paste while eating, baguette on the other hand is a favorite
