Required ability level = "Elite". Yikes - how fit are you??!?!I think everyone / most people have a weakness on one sidei have it too on my left leg. Cant wait for the weather to improve, this winter seems the longest!

Never done a cross country marathon but I'd have thought sub 5 hours was a great time!Being my first full Mara and being cross country and hilly Id be happy to do it in sub 5hrs.
