ride 2 work @ Evans

Hi All

Has anyone here tried to setup r2w with Evans.

Whilst the guys in the hendon store were brilliant, it is extremely frustrating trying to arrange the scheme it has been 3 weeks so far and they have not even sent me the pack.

Have i been unlucky?? or are they shite?

A few years ago I would have also said they were brilliant.

Now, they just want a quick sale without any chat or questions. They are OK if you know what you want, buy it and walk out again. The customer service is getting like Halfords. If fact someone on here compared it to a posh Halfords.

....had no problem with the one and only Evans branch in Scotland a few months ago...
.....test ride on a Saturday afternoon....
.....did the paperwork at work on the Monday morning...
.....voucher arrived at my door recorded delivery the following Friday afternoon...
.....picked up the bike + fit etc....on the Saturday afternoon, staff counld'nt be more helpfull....
....first ride on the Sunday morning.....
.....all in just over a week!!!!!.....

.....here's at least one contented customer.....
