Two people did it on a tandem which was crazy.

Yeah, I think to do with insurance I'm not sure. They said I had to join a club to enter it so I decided to enter Lancs RC.

You mean your broomstick hasn't got the power of flight???

With the whole thing ( bristles and all ) strapped to a bike frame, its off into the wild blue yonder.

With small chips off the handle stuffed down the frame tubes, it lightens the bike by as much as 10lb.

My broomstick snapped in half, I've not been able to fly ever since.
