Should I ride tomorrow? If so, how far?

Why not just have a 10 mile recovery spin where you are just spinning as gently as possible. Sometimes active recovery is better than sitting around.
Thats what my heart says. I feel a 20 might be pushing it.

Puzzle game procrastinator!
I know people who probably couldn't cycle 1 mile. I know others who could take a month off, then just hop back on their bike and knock out a 100-miler as if it were nothing. Only you know what you are capable of doing and enjoying!

(I would do all of the rides! :okay:)

But how do I do that?
If I feel like a ride how do I know if I am pushing it too much ?
If you're riding consistently, your body will tell you if you are pushing too much. The boundary lies beyond "can't really be bothered" but some way before the point where the very thought of being near the bike makes you want to throw it into the river.

I really miss being in the latter category rather than the former!

No, I really dont. My head is saying give it a rest, mow the lawn, enjoy a BBQ.
My hearts says at least do a 10 miler.
What you need is one of these
The Grazor pedal powered lawn mower.jpg

Cycling and mowing the lawn, in one effort. Also a handy seat for the BBQ.
