Should I ride tomorrow? If so, how far?

As an old fart I gradually build up mileage in spring so I can enjoy 30/40 milers.
In decent weather I try to get 2 rides per week in, maybe a 10 & a 35.
Cirumstances gave me a few free days so I planned........
Saturday.... 10
Today....... 10
Monday......20
Tuesday......20
As it turned out I got 11 in on Saturday and a 17 today. Today was nice but at the beginning hard work.

Should I give it a rest tomorrow then a 20 on Tuesday or would I benefit from doing ???? tomorrow.

If it's the same weatherwise, get out. Make the most of it.

See how you go. Rest days are good for you.

Go for it enjoy the weather but if you feel like resting up then no harm makes the next ride out all the more sweeter. :okay:

No, I really dont. My head is saying give it a rest, mow the lawn, enjoy a BBQ.
My hearts says at least do a 10 miler.

Do all that when you get home

Sat here at the mo' they feel good. But then again they felt good when I started today but 10 minutes in I felt like turning back. For the last 10 I just plodded.
Why not just have a 10 mile recovery spin where you are just spinning as gently as possible. Sometimes active recovery is better than sitting around.
