Cheapo screw on gas stove which cost a couple quid from China. Like a mini rocket. There's also a posher one with a preheat tube for colder camps.

The one with the preheat tube would allow you to use, with a cheapo adaptor to a screw-fit, those super el cheapo long thin gas cartridges. (pre-heat tube prevents flaring which can happen if those cartridges aren't the right way up on their side.)
