My OH converted our old garage into a bit of a man cave a couple of years ago but split it up a bit last year in order to incorporate a home cinema project.

Started off:

So.. created a bit of a new entrance, shifted the pool table up, partitioned off a part of the room to create the cinema, built a recessed wall for the 60 inch plasma tv, xbox/ps/sky etc, fitted a tab-tensioned 3.5m electric screen, recessed a position for the HD 3D Projector, installed a decent 7.1 surround sound system, bought some contrasting seating.. and slapped a bit of black paint around

Similar to my garage conversion, use it as my cigar room/bike store. Got a couple of leather armchair, a big comfy chair and my TV with all different TV inputs/blu ray etc to watch pretty much anything I want. Also got a Bose soundsystem set up. Not got as much room as you though, looks great that does.
