Smart Plug Recommendations

Those that use them can you recommend some to me please? I'm looking for ones that will show energy usuage and allow controlling through its own app and other apps like Alexa.

I just tried some Eightree Smart Plug which were useless, the app was slow and crashed my phone when trying to pair with Alexa.

I think the Tapo ones are great. You can use smart actions - eg switch on for an hour for a heater, or switch light on 30mins before dusk. They also seem very reasonable. They don't offer energy usage stats if that's essential though.

EDIT: The Tapo plugs I have don't monitor energy usage, but apparently some do.

Another vote for the Tapo plugs - we've got 6. It also syncs the p/kwh between all plugs, so you only enter it once. The P110 has the energy monitoring - all ours are these.

You can still track individual plugs usage though yeah?

Edit - Just been researching and its the Tapo P110 and P115 that offer enery monitoring, going to wait on a deal as they're quite expensive right now.
