I finally warmed up and felt ready for a blast on the turbo so 25 mins interval training at a level I currently feel comfortable with has just been completed and I feel really good allbite my heart feels like it wants to jump out of my chest.Well done. A soak in a warm bath will sort you out![]()
Rather prssumptious of you just because I am singleDepends on where your hands have been before!![]()
Yeah unfortunately it seemed like I was riding on a river almost everywhere I went. Decided to stay away from the running river most of the ride but eaither side of the standing water was greasy and full of rubbish so ended up just sticking in the water which helped when it came to cleaning the bike off and the mud guards where an absolute god send.Look on the bright side..... wherever the road isn't covered in grit, at least the tarmac is washed clean and you can enjoy the corners.
What, you're going to put on a clean pair of cycling shorts without making sure YOU are clean as well? sounds like a recipe for saddle sores to me... just saying!
Not so much the rain as the farking wind as well.My neighbour did 65 miles in the rain and admits that he didn't enjoy it.
Ha hasnt got to get up and lump bits of steel about all day tomorrow thoughI wonder what Steve Abraham would think of you lot.
If you get off on riding in the rain then do it. If you don't enjoy it, then don't do it.Yep, that's the way it is. If you can't do wet and cold at this time of year, you won't get out. To coin a colloquialism 'MTFU, or GTFO". Sounds harsh, but it is true.
Just splash some water on your face for the same effect...I am a little ocd like that sorry plus it wakes me up.
