One stat I can't find is % of bikes used regularly that get stolen or % of bikes in existence, it stands to reason that London has a high number as there are a very high number of bikes, ditto Oxford and Bristol, saw lots of riders in Edinburgh too when I was there a few weeks ago

You could of course have used London, Oxford, Edinburgh or Bristol before Liverpool.
