So I got this voucher from JTF.......(no such thing as a free breckie)

It was for a free bacon barm for 2 people. As we needed 2 new gate locks we thought.... right go there and have a free breckie.
We got the barms.
They must have been the cheapest possible type and totally dry.
I asked for some butter and was told "you only get butter if you pay for a breakfast barm. Free ones dont include butter".
I suppose those little pats of butter must be really expensive .
I forced half a barm and the bacon down. Mrs D left hers it was so bad.

We are Costco members and go there maybe once every 6/8 weeks for certain items. TBH we have never had a problem getting a coffee......but we tend to get there say, 45 minutes after opening, when the rush has maybe died down.

Depends where you come from. As far as I know its barm cake in the north of England and is almost fermented but it's just a sweeter breakfast roll in Scotland, almost scone like. Delish.
