Big'man: NY eve is totally hyped even more so than xmas eve...

Experiencing it in a quiet way is a totally better way of handling it!

Dinner for one at New Year is a must!!!! I shall be dragging the video to yorkshire with me to spend New Years Eve at the bottom of Pen-y-Ghent!

I'm going on my usual world cruise. For many years Mrs Blue and I have bought as many foreign beers as possible(2 btls from each country we can find). When we have amassed more than we can drink we sort the bottles out to trace a route home from some far flung corner and then drink our way back home.:tongue:xx(

As I have a formal cycling event to attend & take part in on New Year's Day, I shall be thoroughly boring on New Year's Eve by being sober and having a relatively early night!

Note to self: get a life

Family party at my house - so lots of 'pop' for me.......:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

We have a great view over Manchester/Cheshire so can see all the fireworks. Usually have a 'big box' of our own, but don't think we'll bother this year - just watch them....
