I understand what the OP means. Driving through Leicester today (Sadly I need to drive for my job, so can't cycle commute) and on a busy roundabout which a cyclist does a RLJ sadly and then cycles down the middle of the roundabout where traffic is heading. I don't get why some people would take such an unnecessary risk (I mean I certainly wouldn't) to shave a few seconds of their time.
