I've never missed the windmill. And you're one of the ones who never see the bear

Not as much as 10 feet.
Nautical charts show The Street to be part of the landmass rather than the sea. It is only under a few feet of water when the tide is in.
The waters off Swale, Whizzy Belle and Herne Bay aren't particularly deep.

Over 4 metres deep on to days high tide from where the photo was taken. (5.2m high tide , photo point 0.6 M above chart datum ! )

Only if there is a North East Gale low pressure and a very high tide !
