Lots of fed up commuters at Birmingham New Street station. All trains to Euston cancelled and many local services.

Train to work. FLEW home on the bike - Doris at my back, brief respite in the rain. Cut 20 minutes of a 45-50 minute journey .....

We've lost one pane of polycarbonate 'glass' from our greenhouse, but I've recovered it intact and will refit it tomorrow. Other than that, can't see any damage in the Village.

Driven to pick one of the kids up from town and it's so torrentially wet and very windy I've had to get Mrs 3BM to run in and get him while I stay in the car.
