Here's another from the same guerilla street artist...
He puts up funny signs in the hope of getting people to look at their surroundings instead of at their smartphones.
(Incidentally, this building is looking up Buchanan Street from St Enoch Square. )

There is a narrow road in Bangor (North Wales) that goes round the back of the University alongside the Menai Straits
It is rather hidden and not signposted (or was not) and for many years the traffic was controlled by traffic lights to be one way only
someone (this was right by the University!) had drawn a smiley face on the green lens, grumpy face on the red one and an in-between face on the AMber one
It was known locally as "The Smiley Face Road"
when they upgraded the lights the new ones had no faces on them
for a few days!!
someone did clean them off
but again - that didn;t last long!
it was nice - cheered up some miserable days just seeing that silly thing

Those are quite common, especially when level crossings are being maintained.
Ethpecially on the 22th!
