Apart from listening to music/watching tv/reading a book, what can you do while turbo training?

Does anyone know of any good software or videos to watch while turbo training?

Please don't suggest I get a Virtual Reality trainer since I have no where near enough dosh to splosh

At the right intensity, I found it hard to do anything except pedal. At lower intensities, its easier to take it off the stand and combine with visiting friends, shopping, etc.
I haven't really used my trainer since Feb, but I did enjoy watching my own bike cam vids on a projector whilst doing it

If you are riding on the turbo in such a way that you need something to occupy your mind then your focus is not on the job in hand. Anything other than recovery/threshold/Vo2max/anaerobic training should be done on the road. I listen to rock music but I only hear it during recovery phase. The rest of the time is concentrating on the effort.

+1 on using training-specific DVDs.

Done Spinervals - I do find I get fitter after a few sessions. Glad I use them as I now have no volition to splurge out on a VR trainer again.

The Cycleops RealRides dvds get good reviews.
