Sudden deluge of spam?

Our in-box has been mercifully almost free of spam for a couple of weeks until yesterday when it re-started, worse than ever.

There was a landmark court case last week when somebody was successfully prosecuted for spamming - I wonder if the world's trailer park spammers are now trying to prove they're still in business?

For years, right up until about two years ago in fact, we never got any. As in none at all. Then overnight we started getting ten a day!

It's really annoying. You obviously just need to put your email address into the wrong site and that's it, they've got your number, and once you're on the lists I doubt you'll ever get off again.

My spam filter seems to be working most of the time, let's hope it stays that way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
