Based off a recommendation from this forum, I purchased a Dahon D7 several months ago for commuting to work (and it has worked out very well). The bike can be seen here:

I am interested in getting a pannier bag (is that the right term?) for shopping purposes, but I am unsure as to whether the bags I have seen will fit on the Dahon D7's rack, due to the smaller wheel size. The bags I was looking at were:

I am mostly worried about the bags not fitting well and impeding my feet or the bike's chain while travelling, and I cannot tell from the pictures or the reviews whether these bags are suitable for folding bikes. I am also unsure if they support the folding mechanism of the bike, or have to be removed in order to fold, although this is more of a minor concern than the first.
If anyone who has experience with any of the pannier bags above, or simply able to recommend good, large, fairly cheap pannier bags that are suitable for the Dahon D7 (I think it has 20 inch tyres), please advise me as to what my options are.
