Sweet! One day I would like to get hold of a tree stump (with some of the roots still attached for effect) and carve a sort of rustic doll's house out of it - lots of little rustic scooped out rooms, cups made of acorn cups, that sort of thing. Just as a mouse/gnome house might be.
Any tea? Shall I put the kettle on? Just had a cuppa with my downstairs neightbour who had an attempt to force her window last night - presumably the person didn't realise the ground floor is a flat, and though it might be just the living rooms of a house. I'm glad I live on theh second floor, it would take a rather determined burglar to force my windows...
I'm quite pleased with myself, I set to on Sunday to adapt the broken gold rear mudguard I had into a front one, to go with the non-broken one, and made quite a decent job of it, a little light hacksawing, some sandpaper and the removeable stays off the old silver one I want to replace. Just need to wait for the frame to be lacquered now...
