He was so tardy in response to my earlier request, that I had commenced to consider that he was on his annual day's holiday for this year. Really, your Teapotship, be aware of the consequences of allowing your staff too much leisure time.

Furthermore, do my eyes deceive me? How tall are the towers at your Castle, the flags seem to be occupying different levels of air currents.

Time off? Arnold is busy WORKING in the east wing. He hasn't had any time off since...Since... The tea went cold!


The air currents depend on direction and effect the flags accordingly.

oh! Here's a bit of luck. I got a few bits for the Galaxy at the Rally, tyres, tubes and cables but decided against anything else more technical, in case I got the wrong sort of thing, not having an expert to hand to tell me. One of the bits I was going to use the old one of, but then decided it was a bit rusty, was a front mech.

Rummaging in a bits box toady, looking for a spare rear light, I found a brand new front mech, in it's obx, with 'Arch' written on it in Tom's handwriting. It can only have been intended for the Galaxy, I think, I had no idea I had it.

So, slowly, I get there. Still don't actually have the frame back, but the bits are accumulating.

Nearly splashed out on some gold bar tape for the moustache bars, but decided it was too flash, and someone suggested it would be better to match the tape to the honey Brooks, which sounds better. Assuming the moustache bars work out, I won't know if I like them until it's all set up.

Remind me, was it a seven or eight speed changer you needed? I've found the one I was thinking of, and it's a seven. But it's taken so long to unearth it, I've forgotten which it was you wanted.

My "workshop" is something of a mess at the moment; it's full of bits of my yellow fixie, which has gone to be powder coated. It's taking rather longer than I or the powder coating chappie thought it would. Isn't it amazing how much space wheels take up when they're not actually on a bike?

A beautiful day here in That London, but the sun appears to have gone to some people's heads. Dalestar managed to run over a builder's foot as he stepped heedlessly into the road...

Much teaness required please. Went back to the Doctor's yesterday, and I have now been diagnosed with a chest infection, and given giant anti-biotics to take.
