You were watching porn on TV last night?
*looks through Freeview guide excitedly*
Can you tell me about it?;)
Slowly?

A good point. I'll maybe give that a miss.
*thinks briefly about Captain Jack*
Anyway, how's you today? Did the Wintergreen do any good?

Yes, it did help a bit, I have also booked a gentle neck and shoulder massage with a neighbour of mine for Monday morning. As she only lives two doors down, it is not far for me to return home and immediately relax.
I am beginning to wonder if I am now caught in a viscious circle, not moving much and then getting stiff shoulders etc, causing more pain, then moving less. One of the pain killers makes me feel sick and woozy headed, the other one makes my (normally very mild) asthma much worse.

It does not help that it is too cold at night for the cat to be out all night, like he usually is, this means he either wakes me up at three in the morning to go out, (if he is in) or vice versa. He is not normally a noisy cat, but he excels himself at that time of the night.

I would say yes, but you do need to be careful, Speicher. ;)

I am trying to be very careful. I am planning to go swimming on Wednesday (in the over 50's session, when hopefully it will be quiet). I try to do a bit around the house, then sit or lie down, avoid any lifting etc.
The vacuum cleaner is currently redundant, and I have found a very nice lady who does my ironing, what little there is. The telephone is on the answering machine permanently, if it is important I assume people will leave a message. (one person left a message something like, "is this the right number, I didn't know you had a answering machine". ;)

Tomorrow I am going to Stratford (someone else is driving). We can pootle round on the flat, by the river, and take tea somewhere. BTW did I tell you that one of my Teddy Bears has taken tea in a very posh tea Shop? It was when he was first adopted by my grandma, she would have been about seventy at the time. She liked posh tea at Carwardines in Bristol, and naturally took him with her. He was easier to carry not in a large bag, anyway he would have spiflicated, and the very kind waiter pulled out a chair for grandma and for Ben (as he is now called, but that is another story) Bear as well.

In case my foggy brain forgets to mention it later this weekend, and just in case peeps notice my absence - I will be having the main "Box" thingymajig for my telephone moved on Monday afternoon. Apparently they only move the box. I have got someone lined up to move the rest of all the cables etc, as the computer is moving downstairs. This will mean being off-line, hopefully just for a few days, but you know how these things are, it could be a lot longer. If it drags on, I would use the computer in the Library in town. LOTP I am sure you will be able to remind peeps of this, if they think I have gone awol (with my wol).;)
