Eiswien - let the overripe and botritis affected grapes freeze, so when you press them most of the water stays behind, then ferment the syrupy juice. You get a wine that's quite acidic, very sweet and utterly delish. It's a balancing act between acid and sugar, with about 8% aclohol. Hic. 'Slovely, tis.

Landslide said:The girlfriend and I went to Stockholm for a little holiday early this year (one of those "Ryanair are having a sale, where can we go?" impulsive destinations), and we really enjoyed it, especially the "feel" of the country, so we're looking into moving there, hopefully in the next 3 years or so.
In the meantime, we found some free software which we've been practicing with, and hopefully we'll be able to get the more advanced program and some text books via the personal development fund at my girlfriend's work!
