the low alcohol stuff is eisberg, and it's an abomination.
Eiswien - let the overripe and botritis affected grapes freeze, so when you press them most of the water stays behind, then ferment the syrupy juice. You get a wine that's quite acidic, very sweet and utterly delish. It's a balancing act between acid and sugar, with about 8% aclohol. Hic. 'Slovely, tis.

Nighty night speicher...

I will be placing a tinternet shopping order some time soon, so I will put that on my list. I like Black Tower as well.

Way to go NT!

Nah, Miss tdr1nka ears are far too young and delicate for headphones, the Harry Potter is the US version of the talking book and narrated by Jim Dale which he does in fine fashion. The UK version is read by Stephen Fry but is really lacking which I guess is because Fry is more a comedian than he is an actor.

I shall require some tea.

Blimey, I've been typing away and you've gone to bed!
Thanks for the offer Doc' we'll be fine!
I think I can hear Miss T snoring lightly so I can nix the Potter now!;)

Night All!

Just out of curiosity, why/how are you learning Swedish? ;)

The girlfriend and I went to Stockholm for a little holiday early this year (one of those "Ryanair are having a sale, where can we go?" impulsive destinations), and we really enjoyed it, especially the "feel" of the country, so we're looking into moving there, hopefully in the next 3 years or so.

In the meantime, we found some free software which we've been practicing with, and hopefully we'll be able to get the more advanced program and some text books via the personal development fund at my girlfriend's work!

If you want any pointers/info/advice etc. let me know.

I've lived in Stockholm for more or less 14 years (speak the lngo fluently) and plan on heading back there permanently (except for the winter months) in 2-3years.

Digressing.

I was out in the garden this morning, let The Laydeez out to do a bit of free-range scratching about in the garden.

They have discovered a new food: shrew.

Cathode nailed a shrew and clamped it firmly in her beak. She proceeded to bash the thing to death & try to eat it. She was being chased around the garden, shrew clamped in her beak, with Anode in hot persuit trying to get the tasty morsel for herself.

Then they moved on to butterflies. Butterflies proved a far more elusive prey than the shrew did.

Hen1: Shrew 0
Hens 0: Butterflies 3

Afternoons!
Sounds like the chooks are fully over the whole battery cage ordeal. Now you just need to start feeding them sage and onion!
No. You don't. That's a horrid suggestion.
