I have no idea..

I have, however, just agreed to help some friends move house, by sharing the driving of a van. To France. That's next weekend taken care of...

Tea? Just about to put the kettle on...

Arch on a booze cruise?:tongue::biggrin:

Not quite. Arch on a train ride to Leicester, a drive in van to Newhaven (I think), 8 hours of ferry to Le Havre, and then a drive to Esse, unpack, couple of days at house, do whole trip in reverse.

Although I imagine we will sip a little vin once we get there...:biggrin:

I must get the trike put back together. And the FCR sorted with new tyres. And the Galaxy rebuilt.

And the PhD written.

<sigh>

Taking the biscuit
A train, a van, a ferry, a couple of days in France, drinking wine, a change is as good as a rest etc,......:biggrin:

Once, for work, I made a 24hr round trip to Amsterdam from London on which I used(if you include walking)eight different forms of transport.:tongue:

I'll nibble on a Krispy Kreme, if there's one going. Don't want to undo the benefit of cycling almost every day for the last month (jeans feel just a touch more baggy). Back at home working now (not today today, I'm in the office), so I need to make myself go out for ride anyway. Failed yesterday, had a short walk, and a Chinese meal out...

Morning all. Tea?

Back at t'oroffice from sunny SA. And it was sunny - too sunny at times. I've never found myself cycling in the middle of nowhere with the temperature at 40 degrees in the sun before. We collapsed into a petrol station like characters from a desert war film that day.

I hear we missed some weather?

What's the gossip in these parts, then? I don't have time to read the backlog of Tea posts, so if someone can fill me in with a digest of any important goings-on....

Welcome back! Yeah, it snowed a bit. Well, it did in the south, which is why it made the news. Up here, in York, we had about an inch, twice, and each time it melted in a day.

Gossip? Um... Speicher's got a nice job. To be honest, I can't remember anything else!
