It looks like 8 x 60 to 70 mtr climbs of between .75 and 1 mile or so length, . I know mixing measurement systems . Grand total of about 1800 ft of climbing

I'm going to use 1 prayer for every 6 swear words. apart from the steepest hills where I'll go full on 'father jack'! That should do it...

Sorry to poach riders from your fine event Rick, but as I am the only one sat on the England sofa in my house, it is quite an important game for me.
I will start a session at 6pm, to run at 6.10pm for any other rugby lovers out there, who too, are thrilled at the prospect of seeing the Welsh expelled from Twickenham with their tails between their legs.
