I'm not in tonight, my FTP has expired and I'm feeling knackered so any new FTP is likely to be low. I'll hit zwift tomorrow to spin the legs and attempt an Alpe d'Huez 30 minute special either Monday or Tuesday.

100kg that was losing weight not gaining weight an eight weight programme which was really hard for an overweight unfit ole codger

My brother in law was doing the insanity work out a couple of years ago and it sounded bloody awful! Well done for the weight loss

Just come out of the session, lost server connection just before descent, it returned with no one there. I continued to half way then power and speed stopped altering, system crashed. By the time I had figured the power lead had come out, due to turbo walking across tiles. Too late, sorry Tommy we could of drafted most of the way together

Too much Shiraz last night.
Near killed myself for just a 7 second improvement.
I was going to stay with you Bill but Bob was looking dangerous for the stage best time so I went after him.
I assume you blew a bit on that lump Bob?
I'm trying to think at what stage I didn't feel knackered and the only time I remember being so was on the start line.

Sorry AAAC but I threw up 10 or so seconds before you passed me. Very late lunch at 4 seemed to take umbrage at my exertions. Fortunately I missed the fan:thumbsup:
Looked to be having a nice to and fro with Bill but server went so plodded round till the last 4-5k and then sped up for the time. Lots of server issues lately. Not good bkool.

I have to say I felt good today. Absolutely no discomfort with knee or leg so just went for it. It was the lungs not the legs holding me back. Gasping for air practically the whole way. Once I saw you were helping bring Bill back I just knew I had to keep going and hit that last 2k with 10-20 sec at least. Wasn't to be.

Oh man that's a shame andy.

You actually re appeared right behind me after your first disconnect. At the bottom of the big downhill. We then drafted for most of the flat until you went again for good. If it's any consolation I think it's going to work very well in the future.

I think part of my problem is my Internet is slow, 2-3mb:sad: When the kids are on it they suck it dry, so bkool grinds to a halt. I have ordered infinity from BT. They don't call it infinity around here, because it won't exceed 24mb where we live. Best they can promise is 15mb with a minimum of 9mb. So it's called 'faster' broadband.

Upside it's only £1.50 per month extra.
