I'm not going to make it tonight as I've got the sickness bug. I can"t keep anything down at the moment so I don't think a turbo session will aidmy recovery.
Looks like team White will be well represented though and I"ll pop in to cheer you on.

@theboxers Can I suggest that you adjust your weight lower before the ride, then you should be on a level playing field, both up slope and down, with the rest of Team White?

Looking at previous results, 76.5 Kg should give you 2.4 Watts/Kg, much the same as others in Team White.

It will be interesting to see what effect it has!
