At least for now I'm staying with Bkool - I like the racing side of Bkool as it makes me push harder.I am going to download Zwift this afternoon, give it a go. It seems to have good reviews for training schedules. But I must have my bi weekly fix of Bkool racing![]()
You will find steep hills a little bit more, how shall I say it? ..... ChallengingOoooo what am I missing here. Have I done a bad thing installing it?
Yes, almost 1 hour at 101%, and I get rewarded with the "Too bad! Your physical condition has decreased"- messageWow that was tough. Just like old times LB. It felt like Bridgy had empyied glue at the bottom of each hill the speed we slowed down when we hit the gradients if it was anything over 5%. 1, 2 or 3% ones were almost slingshottable.
That was indeed rather annoying. It was like a negative slingshot so going to have to try and figure out how to avoid those. Not surprisingly you beat me my 33 seconds but I gave it everything and my HR even went to 177 a couple of times. Actually I was feeling unusually strong today so doubt I can do better on Saturday. Although with a bit of drafting from the right person perhaps.....I saw you over-did it once like I did Bill and get your speed knocked down to about 3mph!
