What time you thinking of riding @BILL S? I may try and join you - not to race - I too am happy with a steady "fat burning" ride if that's what you mean? Might just be nice to have company!
Sorry Paul. I was well underway when you posted. Ended up doing The Boxers Neighbourhood Cruize ride to test for dead stops. Turned out to be quite tough but I did use it for fat burning only at 265 watts. Took an hour so quite a long one for a Chaingang ride.



I didn't mean to go for it but once I started just wanted to get it over with. HR hit 184, a long time since that has happened and a while before I take it that high again. But you had caught me and I had to get away. I think I would have been 2 mins slower at least at your weight. Ta, I think, for pushing me
. I was just trying to trundle along at about 200-210 watts with an avg speed of just over 20mph. Kept finding myself putting out a lot more watts than expected. Would have been about 1hr20 or so for the full distance I think.
