I did the same as Sunday. It only took me 13 minutesLooks like we all had a pop tonight56 mins for me ... a bit of a spinner session as @bobinski said.
Yea, I got the message. When I looked at the ride I was figuring 1hr +-5 minutes. Came in at 66 minutes myself and didn't feel totally wasted at the end, I'd definitely take another stab at that one, but I think a realistic goal for me ought to be 60 minutes. so you're probably safe at 56.Looks like we all had a pop tonight56 mins for me ... a bit of a spinner session as @bobinski said.
I used your ghost and the others in your race. You shot off pretty quickly and it took me 4.2 km to catch your ghost. After that I gradually pulled away. Use my ghost for your next ride and stay with it rather than bombing off - I wonder if you burn up a little at the end because you go off too fast early on. I didn't push too hard as I wasn't sure how hard it would get - I was aiming to keep the watts around 230-240 (I ended up on 236).Yea, I got the message. Thanks for the e-mail MartynTop tip for any newbie
For the love of god, if you bought yourself a new "road" bike in the summer and you are used to mountain climbs in real life and Bkool on a triple front ring climbing set up don't do a 19.5mile league on your new bike and then die a slow depth going up a 1.8 odd climb.
I wish I'd been told this about an hour and a half ago!
Saw a chap today who had actually managed to snap one of his quadriceps straight through.
Definitely not to be recommended.

I'm starting to think Bkool are reading this thread and actively trolling me now. After replying for the fourth time about the lack of future or past stage results in the league pages, I just got the following reply:
Thanks for your message. To add opponents and/or splits, please directly go to the League or to Programmed Sessions and click on "Edit" or "Set up" in the one you want to play, then you will find a tab screen where to insert opponents, splits, etc. This session will be also taken into account on the league's rankings, during the period that it is active.
WTF??!! This reply bears absolutely no relation whatsoever to the content of the email it's meant to be replying to, or any of my previous emails - I have never asked how to do this as I've always known how!

Both are up. I though I struggled up the bonnetteBonnette was flagged for low velocity, which I certainly understand! It's flagged for weight too which is a bit odd.
Aspin was flagged for weight as well. I'm sure both will show up soon enough.
It could be like the GP's now. They will only deal with one ailment per appointment
Bridgy, it looks like you are our Bkool cyclechat ambassador
Perhaps we should compile on post listing all the things that need sorting or improving?
