Warm up starts at 7pm tonight Dango. Enter the SIM software and lookout under the Live section for Gowerton Start. You should see Bill in there. If he's not you're in the wrong ride. You can use the search function to search for riders, so search for Bill and then the race starts at 7:10 approx.
Sounds like you've a bug that others havent Rob. Mine worked using the same approach.

You may not be in the right mode. Left click and the run as admin if you have the rights.

You need to do a password reset. Just enter you old pw when asked and use the same one again. A quirk I hit on the win 10 machine.

Unlike the real world where you have to sort everything out minutes in advance of going riding they have now improved the virtual world so you have to prepare the day before just so you know what the fek is going on.
No option to enter or reset password appearing, I have uninstalled the software, downloaded again its still the same.

That is a Security lie. Setup.exe is a very commonly downloaded file but as an executable it is potentially dangerous if you do not trust the source.
Check your downloads and see if it is there and run it.
If not you need to find a way to change your security settings to trust this source.

i have done a couple of min on the League Tourmalet so please add
seamless upgrade.
its all v smooth and some additional functionality pre ride save, you can look at your stats...
Not sure you can delete rides etc.

PS. Never delete programmes, always uninstall them otherwise you will totally mess up your registry.
If you have a Registry Cleaner run that after the uninstall as well.
Rogue Registry entries can confuse the OS into thinking the application is still there.

On install I had the normal login name and pw boxes. Below that was the remember me tick box and login button. Below all that was pasword reset. I clicked that, entered my log in mail address and it sent me to another page to change pw's.No option to enter or reset password appearing, I have uninstalled the software, downloaded again its still the same.
