I can't get past the loading session page what a ball ache this all is !

I cant update the sim so I deleted it then try new instal keep getting setup.exe is not commonly downloaded and could harm your computer
and I cant go any further any of you clever IT guys know what to do

If I try to open BSim and click the link to install the new version, it always fails part way through the process.
These days, when I'm notified that is a new version which MUST be installed, I close BSim and go to the Bkool website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where there are loads of links to various parts of the site. Click on Virtual Training (under Downloads) and find the download link on the page that comes up. That has always worked, so far.

No option to enter or reset password appearing, I have uninstalled the software, downloaded again its still the same.

You have to click on New User to get the reset password option...

If you click on a remembered user it will just ask you for your password, so click New User instead...

I had a seamless install on all 3 devices, it took a little while to first start but seems ok now. Also if you are logged in on one pc and try to use another device, it will allow you to log out out of the first pc. So first little improvement would be to allow search in live, leagues, velodrome tabs. I will be in tonight, but are lining up my excuse for dropping out. Feel woozy from jet lag

Quirk eleventy billion and 3. I've just tried yo schedule a warm up session pot molle. When I go to details to set the date the months names are in chinese/japanese on my tablet

Very good and safe suggestion.
If I received an executable in an e-mail I would never run it. I would always go to the Vendors website and run it from there.

Chaingang tonight is Gowerton Start. I have it in my Leagues tab so shouldn't be a problem for me to start it. Everyone else should be able to search for it after 7pm from the Live rides. Can't say I'm liking the new look but hopefully we can all get used to it and those with problems can hopefully get in somehow.

If you click on the top live box it just takes you straight into one live session, don't click on it scroll down instead.

Scroll down to the live section, you should get either four or three rides showing, you can scroll right for another four, or right twice for another two sets of three.

Edit: or just clock on search and it shows the first eight live sessions, and you can then filter to see others.

I don't think I'm going to make tonight

I've updated the sim, but the wife is out and due back after 7pm and I've only just got home from the office and have things to do. Looks like this week is going to be a rest week.

If I can figure out the new sim, I'll watch while feeling sorry for myself.

tried it not working I go through the process it flashes up as if it starting to download then just disappears

Its very temperamental so I'd be 230% sure that some people are going to fail to enter the race tonight. Search function stopped working for me until I logged out and back in again there. Has managed to hang twice as well as disconnect me once so far. Good 'ol Bkool!
