It shows three lots of three sessions if you have a narrow aspect ratio, two lots of four with a wider, more normal aspect ratio.

So if you want a ninth session to show, narrow the aspect ratio by showing in a window and dragging in one side. Then pick the ninth session and put the window back to how you want it!

EDIT: Sorry @bridgy, I tried dragging the window across all three of my monitors so it was 7680x1440 pixels (48:9) but it still only showed four (very wide) sessions!

Is there an option not to run the update or for those that have Togo back to the previous version.

The other thing is there are probably loads of folk downloading the upgrade and overwhelming the website.

You have to click on New User to get the reset password option...

All I have is the picture with a button at the top right.

If you click on the top live box it just takes you straight into one live session, don't click on it scroll down instead.

Scroll down to the live section, you should get either four or three rides showing, you can scroll right for another four, or right twice for another two sets of three.

Edit: or just clock on search and it shows the first eight live sessions, and you can then filter to see others.

You used to be able to remove the session profile but keep the data along with averages by pressing up arrow when the profile and data plus averages was showing. This no longer works, so you can only have all three (profile, instant data & average data), two (profile & instant data) or one (instant data). I can't find a way to get the instant data and average data without the profile, like you used to be able to do, by pressing up arrow with all three showing.

Not a big deal, but a shame!

I guess they felt they had to give it a make over to look as "slick" as zwift, and it will now take a few revisions to fix all the little gotcha's in the new interface.

It definitely looks more up to date, but quality is just as important as look! The look may attract users, but poor quality will soon drive them away.

If resetting the password on the web site does not fix it, you will have to completely uninstall bkool indoor. This may require you to delete any left over program files and possibly registry entries as well (not for the faint hearted, you can wreck your computer if you get it wrong).

If all traces of bkool indoor are gone, a new installation has a better chance of working.

Changed password on website, cleaned registry with CC Cleaner, looks like I will have to use regedit and do a manual search for all bkool entries after i uninstall it for the third time.
