Thanks for the time paintwork. Didn't race to beat my own time but tried to give Bert a helping hand..Last time I looked, I would finish somewhere in the 50's. Apparently riding at lower but steady watts is better than alternating between max and low.

You're welcome. After being towed for like 10kms earlier today by @JacobSkovsgaard , I felt I had to help somebody else. You did seem to struggle every time I went above 300w for 10-15 seconds. Great effort, and maybe you even improved your fitness level?

He only got the cap and the bands from BKOOL. If you finish one of their "FEATURED" Facebook-races, you could win some prizes. Doesn't matter if you finish first or last, but winning the draw is usually easier, if you are from Spain.

Florida gift for HID bought in Orlando last time we was there.
I got a Sponge Bob Square Pants Lunch Box which HID replaced at Christmas with a 'Frozen' one.
Everyone else in the office is oh so jealous!

It might need to be released by @BILL S My CG1 re-run hasn't shown up yet either. Bill has been poorly so maybe he's not been on his laptop for a few days?
