When its your time to go start pedaling like mad!.



1. All join the warm up at 18:50.
2. Pedal to warm up and don't stop at 00:00 unless your handicap is 0.
3. If you do stop pedaling don't start again until its you time to go.
4. After 00:00 keep an eye on the clock in the bottom left.
5. Stop pedaling 20 seconds from your handicap time.
6. On your handicap time pedal away like mad until the finish line.

I’d love to Geoff. But I don’t have a working BKOOL trainer. I was supposed to be having help from BKOOL technical support yesterday but they forgot about the appointment...

@TurboTommy could we adjust your handicap for a different trainer and put you in a slower team?

I could be tempted as well. I’ll be doing the BWC Live race at 4 PM, so I might be a bit tired. :-)

Yes, it would be nice to ring the changes but the Handicaps would be hard to get right without all the history.
