I ride 2hrs on Zwift today, i tried to take easier today. Some major outage is occurred on Strava, only first ride is appeared on Strava. Need to upload second ride manually if it doesn't appear automatically later.

I thought it was just my internet being slow. Its a holiday here so maybe everyone is looking at their Strava.

I have someone looking at my house at 630pm so can't make the ride. Was thinking of letting my other half show them round and I could wave from the garage in a sweaty mess but decided probably not the best idea.

I need to skip todays downhill race. 2hrs of Zwifting is enough and i just came from sauna. I am not gonna any race spoiled this relaxed feeling today .

ETA at the bottom of Mont Ventoux is around 18.27 for @Goldwolfie and 18.28-18.30 for the rest of us. So, plenty of time for @shimceltic to finish before 18.30!

Depending on your set up could be a good selling point, we'll let you lead the race of that would clinch the deal. I say we'll let you, I'll be miles behind in a private race with @berty bassett. Incidentally, in the big ring challenge I rode up ventoux this morning and now I'm going to ride down, not sure which will be more painful, the hour and a half getting up or the 40 minutes going down!

Good for you, I was way off the back flailing away.but it! Have been an epic scrap up front i noticed @perswe hit over 8w/kg in the sprint.

pleased to stay in the lead group for so long and then a moments lapse
i saw the bot coming by, @perswe ?, and dug in for the acceleration but backed off a moment too soon and then there was a bike length gap
made one big push but no affect
backed off in the hope of a flatter bit but it didn't happen
nice and loose now though
