Yes, they forgot to take into account the current low value of USD. It was 42, 70 and 140 Euro too.

I did share the link, when it was available. Actually AFTER it was publically available. They forgot to remove the offer, so if you knew/guessed the URL, you could still use it.

No, they had a lot of different ”private” offers at the time, which you could see if you changed the URL. The lazy programmer had just used a number for the offers. So changing offer=1 to offer=2 in the URL showed a different offer. Then it was just a matter of trying 3,4,5,6,7 etc. to find the best offer.
