ok. Thanks LB
11 minutes?!?! That's outrageous! 200psi it is then! This is how the Handicaps are looking after last weeks run and subsequent "tweaking"
Any special pleading?
Gail's Handicap going up has increased the Start Time for most others, but you should still be the same relative to each other, unless you are one of the high achievers from last week!

I see you did the Chaingang Kipster, and probably took great pleasure in annihilating my ghost?I'm at the end of a lazy week, some would call in a rest week but not so. It was my wife's and sons birthday so I had a few days off work. Planned to ride but just didn't get round to it. Only one Bkool ride and one outside ride with the foundation group of the club yesterday (got my son out as he had a day off work). All in all not enough miles and I have a 128 mile audax in a couple of weeks, and Mallorca's hills in early April.
I must do the chain gang ride today, and then I need to do some goat stages as these have been totally neglected. The handicap races are too much fun to miss.
You are right it should be much later. You were a minute faster than me this week. The steady diet of snickers and training is showing.11 minutes?!?! That's outrageous! 200psi it is then!
I know Randy, but I already feel myself plateauing. I think I have pretty much done all my big gains. It's a lot steadier from here on in. I must also confess, becoming a bit partial to the odd Topic bar now, as a slight variation on my previous addiction to Snickers. You are right it should be much later. I received your token humiliating email.

After a 40 mile ride on Saturday. You have a different definition of a lazy week than me.But no satisfaction in being behind Bridgy and Roleur. I was feeling lazy so wasn't sure how I would do, hence a range of times. In the end I did ok, 280w ish average for the ride, pleased with that.

Even with the exchange rate it would be a bargain. I just googled Topic bar and it is $16 (11.23 £) for 6 on Amazon.Geoff, I have just been knocked back to Amatuer 8 so can I have my time readjusted to start with Randy? We can exchange food stuffs. I will give him a snicker if he gives me a waffle.
