all righty then.....maybe if I dump session 2 after the handicap Tuesday, Mark vs Bill in France Wednesday....chaingang with a lot of sitting in/glass cranking/drafting for all your worth Thurs. Its a bloody stage race.....I am on Bkool nearly every day.

I have got to do a proper FTP. Can I make part of the telegraph ride the FTP?

I'm at the end of a lazy week, some would call in a rest week but not so. It was my wife's and sons birthday so I had a few days off work. Planned to ride but just didn't get round to it. Only one Bkool ride and one outside ride with the foundation group of the club yesterday (got my son out as he had a day off work). All in all not enough miles and I have a 128 mile audax in a couple of weeks, and Mallorca's hills in early April.

I must do the chain gang ride today, and then I need to do some goat stages as these have been totally neglected. The handicap races are too much fun to miss.

Sounds good to me Mark. Looks like I'll be seeing you Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. What time suits you on Wednesday?
And yes, Telegraphe makes a pretty good FTP, if anything, better than D'Huez IMO.

@BILL S sorry if my dummy ride has messed everything up on the Goats League mate, looks like there are some really weird times on there now with some people having times of 3 hours odd for 2 rides adding up to 11.2miles? Looks like BKool have had a play with everyone's times and ballsed it all up

No worries Alfie. I think I must have pressed a wrong button but had no idea until I looked at the results. It's happened before though and no one was left mentally scarred so we'll get over this.
Worst case scenario is that it all starts over again with a clean slate in March.

Any special pleading?

Gail's Handicap going up has increased the Start Time for most others, but you should still be the same relative to each other, unless you are one of the high achievers from last week!

Any session can go towards working out your ftp, as long as it's longer than 30 mins. Or you do the 20 min punisher ftp session

A ride taking more than 30 minutes will automatically update your FTP if it scores higher than your existing FTP. If your FTP has expired, then it could actually also count even if it's lower.
