Damned Bill, that was tough. I was hoping we could make a break for it and shift leads to get away from the pack.
It seemed to come true when we got away from Olvin, but then you kept passing me with an horrendous speed on the downhills, so I had to push crazy watts on the uphills to pull you back.

That was indeed tough Lars. I didn't think that we'd get such a good breakaway especially without Olvin. Your uphill speed was more than a match for mine downhill in the end. It almost looks like we're incompatible for drafting on that kind of track with all the ups and downs because we're at our best in totally different parts. I had to go fast on the downhills to have a chance of staying with you.

Looks like my trainer has broke - went for Alpe d'heuz tonight and about a mile into the course the trainer started making a knocking noise when the incline reduced so I carried on hoping it would go and as soon as the incline increased the noise went so I again carried on and then it seized completely. As soon as the route paused the trainer went back to normal - anyone have any ideas on a cure, don't want to send it back, can't be hassled.

Hopefully they pick it up from your house, depending on who supplied it. If it was direct from bkool or from wiggle you should be ok. They will get the courier to do the legwork.

I've had that happen me once. No idea what was happening or what went wrong. Hasn't happened since though.

Was just checking there. It's still not coming up as scheduled in my listings. I copied it from the league listing but then it doesnt have the wee league cup symbol beside it. (Not that I'm looking an excuse not to it or anything )

It's in my list of scheduled session, but it is not listed as an active stage in the Mountain Goat league. There it says the 24th.
