Rick, LB and myself often do this one on Tuesday nights. Its the bkool facebook race and its pretty tough. 6pm start tonight.
This time our Bkool Challenge will feature a fantastic mountain bike route and the great David Cardena.
Do you dare challenge this Bkooler and duathlon specialist? He will be waiting for you on Tuesday, November 3 for the "MTB - Rold Skov - III" session.
We assure you that he's tough! Make sure you find the route under the LIVE section of the simulator and search for the user "DAVIDCAFOR".

.. thought I wouldn't get to do these now as I'm starting an after work circuit training class for some staff. .... but the winter time change has saved me there. I can make it for 6pm!

I'd love to, but I'm on a business trip this week. I should have some ghosts you can chase though.
And FWIW, the ride goes live today, but you can complete it anytime between now and the end of the year. You can also make multiple attempts -- your best across multiple attempts is obviously the one that counts.
