Decided to ride the Col D' Aspin this afternoon.
While setting up the ride I noticed another cyclechat rider in the list and 'stupidly' selected them to join me. - What a mistake.
This persons ghost pushed me up the climb the entire way, and I think i've broke my trainer trying to keep up. (My legs currently feel broke too!).
There's now something catching in the trainer making pedalling quite a bit harder.
The worrying thing is this isn't the first time i've had this problem with a bkool trainer. I ended up taking a bkool trainer back to the shop after only having it for 1-2 rides because the flywheel was catching. Now it looks like I might have the same problem again!
Is it possibly due to the bits of tyre rubber that seem to be all over the roller? Is there anyway to fix this trainer (its the classic white one)?
